JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Quality Technician-QC Lab

Report to: Quality Manager

职位名称：实验室质量检测技术员

报告给：质量经理

Accountability/职位要求

• 根据成品验收标准和实验室标准操作程序，按照计划，对出厂前产品进行感观理化、生物检测，填写检验记录、系统数据输入;According to the finished product acceptance standards and laboratory standard operating procedures, conduct sensory, physical, and biological testing on the products before leaving the factory according to the plan, fill in inspection records, and input system data

• 填写成品监控质量报表，评估质量偏差产品，对成品偏差及时发现，并有效沟汇报、沟通；Fill out the finished product monitoring quality report, evaluate quality deviation products, promptly identify and effectively communicate and report any deviations in the finished product;

• 根据发货计划，查询并开具成品出厂检验报告；According to the shipping plan, refer and issue a finished product factory inspection report

• 合理安排微生物检测任务，定期完成过对人员、过程清洁消毒、原料的微生物检测；Reasonably arrange microbiological testing tasks, regularly complete microbiological testing for personnel, process cleaning and disinfection, and raw materials

• 根据EMP环境监控计划，对生产环境进行取样送检，统计并分析环境卫生状况；According to the EMP environmental monitoring plan, take samples and send them for inspection of the production environment, and collect and analyze the environmental hygiene status

• 执行成品出厂前的感官应用检测-应用实验Conduct sensory application testing of finished products before leaving the factory - application experiments；

• 实验室卫生清洁、留样管理、仪器设备维护、校准Laboratory hygiene and cleaning, sample management, instrument and equipment maintenance, calibration；

• 了解和熟悉同部门同事的日常工作和职责，在某些情况下承担或代承担他们的职责。如原辅料入厂前检测、在线过程控制Understand and be familiar with other daily work and responsibilities of the department, and in some cases assume or represent their responsibilities. Such as raw materials before entering the factory testing, online process control；

• 应公司要求承担其他工作，与质量控制/保证工作直接/非直接相关/非相关。? Undertake other duties as required by the company which are directly/indirectly related/not related to quality control and assurance

Qualifications/条件

• 大专及以上学历，主修食品相关课程? College degree or above, major in food related courses

• 招聘应届毕业生Recruiting fresh graduates

• 掌握食品检测相关知识和技能? Master food testing knowledge and skills

• 良好的电脑使用能力? Good computer skills

• 良好的英语使用能力? Good command of English

• 创新和独立工作能力? Ability to innovate and work independently
